Welcome to the official website of Tri State Enforcement (“TSE”.) Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not wish to contact or otherwise communicate with TSE, nor obtain information from or otherwise use this website. We encourage you to review these terms for updates upon each visit and subsequent use of the TSE website.

You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Communications Policy Agreement (”Agreement”) with respect to this website (the “Site”), and Tri State Enforcement (TSE). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between TSE and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to TSE and the Site, communications that may take place between TSE and you (regardless of who initiates such communication), and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to each use of the Site. For your convenience, we will list the date of the last update at the top of this page.

Electronic Communications

All Electronic Communications transmitted to or from TSE are protected under United States Code, Title 18, § 2510-22. Electronic Communications and any attachment thereto are intended exclusively for the individual(s) or the entity to which they are addressed, or a duly authorized agent responsible and authorized for such delivery. Electronic Communications may contain proprietary, confidential, restricted, or privileged information, prohibited from unauthorized disclosure under federal law. Any individual or entity who is not the named addressee or authorized agent thereof, is prohibited by law from: dissemination, archival, printing, copying, distribution, or retention of any such message, or attachments thereto. Doing so may result in criminal and civil penalties under federal law.

Any recipient receiving any Electronic Communication in error should immediately notify the sender of unintended, accidental, or erroneous receipt; and permanently delete the Electronic Communication and any attachments thereto from their system. Electronic Communication transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free. TSE and any representative thereof disclaim all liability resulting from any errors, content, attachments, or omissions in the contents of Electronic Communications. If verification of any Electronic Communication is required, please request a hard-copy version from the sender. The cost for any hard-copy verification is $14.00 + $0.25 per page.

Notices And Disclaimer Of Warranties & Liabilities

TSE uses reasonable efforts in the preparation and subsequent dissemination of information and material to our persons and entities who request information. TSE cannot, however, warrant all information is complete or accurate. Information TSE reviews, and disseminates may contain inaccuracies, typographical errors, and electronic communications can neither be guaranteed to be secure nor error-free; electronic communications could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete or contain viruses and or malware and or spyware.

Therefore, TSE disclaims any and all liability to any individual, organization or other entity for any loss or damage which may arise out of Communications with TSE caused by errors or omissions, misinformation, inaccuracies, typographical errors, data that has been corrupted, lost, destroyed, that arrives late or incomplete, that may contain viruses, malware, or spyware, contained in, or associated with, TSE, its website, phone calls, emails, and any other form of communication with or by TSE, regardless if such error, omission, or other issue arise from negligence, accident or any other cause.

TSE may monitor and or record all forms (in person, by phone, electronic, etc) of communication at any time (this may include but is not limited to: IP Address, geo-location information, incoming and outgoing calls, interviews, meetings, inquiries, video conference, gathering statements, field interviews, investigations and other methods of communication which may include communication from TSE administration to employees and/or contractors [in compliance with all applicable state and federal law.]) All communications by and from TSE are confidential and proprietary, may contain restricted or sensitive information, and shall be treated as such regardless of label or definition.
