With crime ever increasing, it’s becoming very necessary for businesses to become proactive with their security and protective solutions. Unfortunately, a Speedway convenience store in Huntington, WV has chosen to not retain protective services, and as a result – on 5/26/14 and 6/4/14, that Speedway in the 2400 block of 3rd Avenue was the victim of armed robberies. We are very happy that no one was hurt, but that’s not to say next time will have the same outcome.
Businesses across the world face new and emerging threats every day, and the dynamic of these threats have changed so vastly in the last few years, it’s staggering. There’s many options businesses can consider when it comes to their protection, but no combination of measures can take the place of a well trained, experienced professional at a business.
The time to act is BEFORE crime happens. It’s always much better to be proactive versus reactive.
